Unfortunately, many of the more academically rich discussions on the Net  take place in mailing lists and electronic journals, most of which are  neither amenable to online reading nor free of membership charges.  I&#8217;m very  much aware of the number of resources to which I&#8217;ve been unable to provide  links.
